The biggest housing event of the year opens its doors on 25 June. CIH 2013 promises to be bigger and better than ever before.

This year’s show will give visitors the chance to learn from the experiences of others in the three streams of free educational seminars at the Ideas Exchange. Discover the latest innovations and best-practice in seminars focusing on issues such as resident engagement & housing management, asset management, sustainability and fire safety and leave with a wealth of practical tips and solutions to implement into your organisation.

To bring you the latest pre-show news, HS spoke to some of this year’s exhibitors to learn about what we can expect at CIH 2013.

Leading construction, services and property group Kier are introducing their new approach to housing construction at this year’s show. Dan Maher, partnership and business development director at Kier said:

“This year, Kier will be launching its new approach to housing, ‘Unlocking Housing Solutions’, and our ability to invest, develop and renew. Kier is uniquely placed to help shape and deliver the future of sustainable housing, and is already making this happen by offering integrated, whole-life housing regeneration solutions.”
